Applying themes is straight forward. Just visit the chrome themes page.
There is no options available to manage the themes. But typing "chrome://extensions" in the omni-bar takes us to page where the themes can be uninstalled.
To try these themes in Windows or Ubuntu, Chrome 3.x developer beta needs to be installed.
This works for Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic Koala as well.
